Letter to PayPal and Venmo

Today, we joined 20+ other digital rights organizations in calling on @Venmo and @PayPal to publish regular transparency reports and adopt due process around account closures. We asked that PayPal and Venmo be clear about their intentions and reasons for censoring users.
