On Monday, October 17, 2022, Hector Dominguez, of Smart City PDX, joined us and Portland’s TA3M to discuss the surveillance technologies policy that his team and Portland’s Office of Equity and Human Rights have been working on for the past year. The proposed policy is a binding resolution, which you can read here:
